Instoe provides IT device repair, maintenance, and support services including but not limited to laptop repair, desktop repair, router setup, printer service, firewall configuration, and network equipment servicing. Services are subject to availability, technician assessment, and device condition.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a device is beyond economical repair, contains illegal modifications, or poses a safety risk.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings & Service Orders

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Service estimates are provided after initial diagnosis and are non-binding until confirmed by both parties.
• Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes during the repair process. You will be notified before any additional work is performed.
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and repair complexity.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon.
• We accept payments through approved digital payment methods and bank transfers.
• Prices may be revised at any time. Active bookings will be honored at the originally quoted price.

6. Warranty & Liability

• Repair services carry a limited warranty period as specified at the time of service completion.
• Warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated issues or damage.
• We are not liable for pre-existing defects, data loss, or damage caused by third-party modifications.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific repair in question.

7. Data & Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Instoe website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
